Pool Maintenance This Week

We wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, the pool will be closed this week.

During Saturday night’s Late Night Swim, one of the underwater lights came loose from the wall. When the fixture was removed from the water, the bulb inside had overheated and shattered—scattering glass on the pool deck and into the pool itself.

Safety is always our top priority. Out of an abundance of caution, the Pool Board has instructed our management company, at their recommendation, to fully drain, inspect, and clean the pool to ensure all glass is removed before refilling. This process will take approximately one week, during which time the pool will remain closed.

We know it’s hot and understand how disappointing this is. The decision to drain the pool was not made lightly, but the safety of our members comes first. We’ll keep you updated on the reopening timeline and we hope to add some "bonus" open days to help make up for the lost time.
